We had a really productive meeting, thank you to everybody who came.

Summary of issues brought up at the meeting:

• General simplification of the site to make it more user friendly. We will be working on developing the site so that it is more accessible to people who have limited computer knowledge.
• Development of the FAQ section.
• We need to work on a way for users to send feedback about how to improve the site.
• Having 'buy now' as the default setting when selling an item, but still having the option for an auction if necessary.
  

Events:

• Grand launch to promote the artists on the site. A place to showcase all of Bristol's creative talent.
• Involve other Bristol arts groups and trails.
• Gain media attention for the artists and the site.
• Fundraising events in connection with Bristol Festival.

• A day where members can come along, have their items photographed and then uploaded for free and advised on how best to market their products on the site
